Cooperation:
The application will be free for users but will display ads. Ads can be targeted based on the user's movie preferences or location.
Freemium Model:
The basic features of the app, such as searching for movies and screenings, will be free. However, users can unlock premium features for an additional fee, such as an ad-free experience and the ability to save favorite cinemas and movies.

competitor analysis
Conclusions
Lack of displaying special screenings. Incorrect display of films from independent cinemas. No clear app specifically focused on searching for screenings and film availability on streaming platforms. Apps/websites redirect directly to cinema websites, without allowing purchases within the app itself. Limited movie schedule listings.
user research
Cinema:
Fourteen people were surveyed.
More than 78% go to the cinema less than once a month.
11 out of 14 respondents prefer online cinemas.
92% of users do not use the service to compare cinema repertoires.
Most difficulties in searching for screenings occur when comparing cinemas. It is also cumbersome to check each cinema offer separately.
The majority of users prefer to search for screenings directly on the cinema's website or via an online search engine.
For those surveyed, the most important functions are: comparing ticket prices and filtering the repertoire in terms of genre, screening time, etc.
Streaming:
11 out of 14 users are interested in personalising content based on the last films seen.
80% of responses confirm that the option to synchronise the list of watched items would positively influence the reception of the app
Almost 60% of respondents would be happy to use the option of news notifications on streaming services.
92% of respondents use streaming services.
In the app for comparing streaming services, the important functions for respondents are: Checking which service has the selected film, series on offer. Overview of all available services and catalogues.
